Once you have filled out our enquiry form, we have made contact and you have confirmed you wish to adopt an Angeldust kitten, we will send you our electronic adoption questionnaire. This will allow you to detail any specific requirements you may have, such as pattern or sex, and will also allow you to tell us more about yourself, your household and the home you are offering. This should take approximately 10 minutes to fill out.
