Snow Mink Bengal Cats
The snow mink, or seal mink, Bengal is the mid coloured of the snows and ranges from an ivory to darker cream, with shades varying a lot. They are born with a visable pattern. Their eyes are usually aqua, but can occassionally be gold.
The snow mink Bengal is created by combining the snow lynx gene (cs) and the snow sepia gene (cb). These genes are recessive, so a kitten must inherit one snow lynx gene from one parent and a snow sepia gene from the other parent to be a snow mink (cb/cs). It is important for breeders to understand that Bengals can not carry mink.
